The SCHADOC programme aims to provide excellent scientific and technical training, develop transferable skills, promote interdisciplinary and inter‑sectoral learning, support networking, foster autonomy, and enhance the attractiveness of AMU doctoral education.
SCHADOC’s early-stage researchers will follow a comprehensive training scheme combining:
- Individual scientific/technical work at host labs and secondments in non‑academic and international partners;
- Three compulsory “SCHADOC Spring Schools” covering transferable skills. These week‑long “SCHADOC Spring Schools” will be held each spring, with courses tailored to the thesis year and mandatory participation.
