Management structure

The project coordinator (PC) manages the SCHADOC project and is the contact point with the European Commission through the EU Project Officer from the European Research Executive Agency (REA). 
The Project Management Team (PMT) implements the operational plan. It is composed of the European Project Manager (EPM), the Project Coordinator and the Director Doctoral College. They meet weekly plus bi-annually with the Financial Officer for Financial check-points.

The Steering Committee (SC) outlines the strategic plan of SCHADOC. It is composed of the Project Coordinator, the AMU Vice-Rector for Research, a representative of the SUD Region, a representative of A*Midex, two representatives of the non-academic partners, two representatives of the International partners, the Director Doctoral College. They meet annually.
The following structures help the project coordinator for the follow-up and the supervision of SCHADOC:
The International Advisory Board (IAB) advises the Steering Committee. It is composed of MSCA Experts, and External COFUND project coordinator, a representative of the Council for Doctoral Education of the European University Association. They meet annually.

The Supervision Board (SB) outlines the operational plan and provides a global focus of the project. It is composed of the members of the Project Management Team, two representatives of the ESR cohort, a representative of the thesis supervisors and one representative of each of the four scientific axes. They meet twice a year.
The individual Thesis Supervision Committees (ITSC) provide an individual focus for each on-going SCHADOC thesis. Each thesis has its own ITSC which is composed of the EPM, an internal rapporteur, a representative of the non-academic mentor, an external scientific representative and is chaired by the project coordinator or the Director of the Doctoral College. They meet annually.
